Additional 2012 Renewal Sessions
In an effort to give those members who have still not renewed their membership
for 2012, we have scheduled two additonal renewal sessions.
We will be available, at the clubhouse to process renewals,
from 11 am to 1 pm on:
Satuday January 21st and Saturday
January 28th.
Don't forget you have until Wednesday, Feb. 2nd
to renew. All those members not renewed will have their keys turned off and will
be put on a waiting list to rejoin the club..The cost to rejoin will include a
$100 late fee in addition to your dues and work hour fines, if applicable.
We will also be at the clubhouse this Saturday, Jan 14th from 11 am to 1 pm
Those interested in becoming a member of Nashua Fish and Game should
view and print the application packet and follow the instructions.

Nashua Fish & Game senior membership is open to any person
of good character, regardless of race, color, creed, sex or national origin, who is at least
eighteen years of age.
The following instructions will help to guide you through
the membership application process:

Insure that you fully complete the applicant
information section and sign both the membership pledge / waiver, and the notice
of investigative inquiry.

To join the association a senior member of the
association must agree to sponsor your membership application. Once you have
obtained a sponsor, insure that he/she fully completes the sponsor's section and
sign as your sponsor.
If you don't have a sponsor you
will be required to be interviewed by a trustee. Complete and bring your application
to the monthly trustees meeting held on the third Wednesday of each month. Interviews are
held from 6:30 to 7:00 pm at the NFGA clubhouse. Payment of an initiation fee of $100.00
is required at that time.

Once the board of trustees has approved your application
for membership they will forward your application to the association's membership governor
who will contact you to schedule your new member orientation.

At the time of your orientation the membership governor
will collect your initiation fee, first year's membership dues, and a gate key fee.

During the following year, after orientation, you must
attend, at least one, General Members meeting. These meetings are held on the first
Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm, excluding June, July, August, and January.
